The Lake Linganore Dolphins are fortunate to have a team of dedicated Board Members and Committee Leads that are dedicated to making the Dolphins Swim Team run as smoothly as possible. They are swim families and are volunteering their time for this role.

As President of the LLD Board, I’m so excited for the upcoming swim season and all the Board has planned! From fun family events to meaningful team building experiences, our goal is to create a memorable and rewarding season for both your swimmer and your family. My role involves assisting Gina with communication between LLA and RPS (our new pool company) and serving as a 'floater' during swim meets, filling in wherever needed. I also serve as the team representative to the Frederick Summer Swim League.
As a former swim coach myself, I understand the importance of having the coaches focus all of their attention at practice and meets on coaching the swimmers. I am your point of contact should you have any questions or concerns about practices for the coaching staff. Feel free to reach out to me!
I keep the books for the team and manage all of the swimmers' accounts. I also recruit and manage our annual sponsors. If you know of anyone who may be interested in becoming a sponsor, please reach out to me. Likewise, I am here to answer any questions regarding your account.
The Lake Linganore Dolphins Swim Team is a wonderful organization of which my family is grateful to have been a part since 2013. I have served on the board since 2020. Look for me at the meets to check in for your volunteer assignments and don’t hesitate to ask me questions about the volunteer roles. I also manage the team’s IT software, data, and equipment.
I’ve been part of the Dolphins summer swim team since 2021 and this year is my first year serving as a board member. As IT Rep, I work with the coaching staff to prepare the meet line up and coordinate with the IT Rep of the opposing team to prepare the meet heat sheets and finalize the meet results
This is my second season with the Dolphins and my first season as a board member. In my role, I keep the team organized by recording meeting minutes and catalog historical records for the team.
As an at-large member of the board, I help out in all areas preparing for, and implementing, the swim season. I organize and manage the registration process and am the person to reach out to for any prospective families who are interested in joining the team.
I've been a part of LLD since 2022 and I have also been the team mom for Marlow's MAC swim group the past 2 years. We LOVE our Dolphin summers! My full time job is in social media marketing. For LLD, I manage our team's Facebook Page and Twitter account and publish the team's Weekly Bulletin. I would love to have you email me with any pictures you take at the social activities or meets, as well as any swimming achievements to be included in our bulletin.
As the events coordinator, I am looking forward to keeping some of the beloved events you've enjoyed year after year and trying new things to continue strengthening our community bond. My family is new to the Dolphins swim team! We’ve had Olympic and Big 10 swimmers in our family, so we’re hoping to bring some of that old-school energy to this team.
