We know it seems impossible with all of this snow and ice, but another fun summer swim season is just around the corner.

The Lake Linganore Dolphins summer swim team is currently accepting applications for Coach in Training (CIT) positions.

Have your swimmer review the position description and submit their application form by March 16, 2026.

We will hold interviews for qualified applicants from March 23-26, 2026.

The Lake Linganore Dolphins Coach in Training (CIT) program is designed to offer swimmers interested in becoming part of the coaching staff in the future an opportunity to learn the job from the inside.
