Hi Team,

We're still in need of a few upbeat, organized helpers to jump in as set volunteers this season and beyond. Volunteering for a set role is a great way to ensure you fulfill your volunteer requirement on your terms in a role you're confident in. Read through the descriptions and jump in wherever you can.

⏰Head of Clerk of Course- this role is essential to keeping the meet running smoothly. You’ll help line up swimmers, keep heats moving, and bring great energy to the deck in an organized fashion. Ideally, you'll have some experience as a clerk of course volunteer from a previous season, however if not, we only ask that you're willing to learn from a more experienced individual so we can teach you everything you need to know. Interested? Please complete this Google Form. You will be contacted by our Volunteer Coordinator, Brandy Clark.

🏊Stroke and Turn Judges- This role serves during the meets to call a fair and fun meet for all. You will be trained by attending a session in-person/virtual to learn exactly what you're looking for in each stroke as a stroke and turn judge. Requirements: must be available to serve during meets (not all) and attend training. Interested? Please email our Head Official, Adam Belanger at [email protected] this week. 🌟Board Members for 2027 and beyond- Our team runs solely on the efforts of volunteer board members (and families during the socials/meets). We're actively searching for the next set of members ready to lead the team into the future. We need you to step up in order to continue to have a swim team beyond this season. No experience required--only asking for an upbeat/positive attitude and willingness to be a team player. Interested in keeping our swim team going for years to come?
