To ensure every declared swimmer is assigned at least one event, please log into your SwimTopia account (app or computer) and confirm that your swimmer has events listed. If you see events, you are all set!

If you declared by Monday’s deadline but do not see any events, please contact Karyn Tabor (IT Rep) by 7:00 PM tonight — this is a hard deadline so we can finalize entries and meet files to share with families.

🏊 Questions About Events?

Coaches assign events based on their assessment of what each swimmer is ready for. If you have questions or concerns about your swimmer’s events, please reach out to their Coach by email or speak with them before or after practice.

For safety and focus, please do not interrupt practices — coaches must keep their attention on the swimmers in the water.

You can expect all meet programs, files, timeline and pool map to be shared via email tomorrow once all is finalized for both teams.
