Wear your favorite blue, anything LLD, or something sea‑creature inspired — let’s “blue” Hood out of the water! 💙🌊

🏁 Check‑In & Arrival

• Please arrive on time and stop by the Board Information / Check‑In Tent for assistance.
• Returning families — thank you for helping guide newer swimmers and parents. Your support keeps check‑in smooth and helps us start on time. 🙌

📄 Meet Invitation, Programs & Map

• Review the Meet Invitation for all event details.
• Check the updated map for approved tent locations. 🗺️
• A 3‑column meet program is attached. If you want a printed copy, please print your own — none will be provided at the meet.

✍️ Writing Events on Arms

Use the Entry Report to write your swimmer’s event | heat | lane on their arm before arriving.

🎉 Incentive: The first 30 swimmers who check in with events already written will receive a meet‑themed treat!

Sharpies will be available at the Check‑In Tent. Parents — please help your swimmers and assist new families when possible. 💙

Board Members will be on deck to answer questions and help everyone get settled. 🌞

🕒 Home Meet Timeline — Saturday 6.20.26

6:30 AM – Pool opens 

• Swimmer check‑in at Board Tent 

• Volunteer check‑in at Clerk of Course Tent 

Late check-in may result in losing your volunteer slot as we have to ensure all slots are accounted for before meet start. Thank you for understanding.

6:45–7:15 AM – LLD warm‑ups 

• If swimmers miss check‑in before warm‑ups, they must check in immediately after with a CIT at the Board Tent.

7:20–7:50 AM – Hood warm‑ups

7:30 AM – S&T Meeting (Starter Area) — ALL ATTEND 

Host: Adam Belanger • Officials sign in • First‑half officials pass materials to second‑half officials

7:30 AM – Timers Meeting (Pool Lobby) — ALL ATTEND 

Host: Gina Dziak, LLD President 

• Timers sign in 

• First‑half timers pass electronic timers, manual timers, clipboards and pencils to second half timers

7:30 AM – Clerks/Shepherds Meeting (Clerk of Course Check‑In) — ALL ATTEND Host: Paul Lively, LLD VP

7:40 AM 

• LLD Coaches’ scratch meeting (Clubhouse) with Karyn, IT Rep 

7:50 AM

• Hood Coaches’ scratch meeting (Pool Lobby) with Karyn, IT Rep

8:00 AM – Meet Starts! 🏊🔥

Join us for the Dive/Jump Contest at 6 PM at Summerfield Pool. Who will make the biggest splash? 

Meet Setup begins at 7:15 PM at Oakdale Pool — all are welcome to help!

SENIORS: deadline for poster and senior blurb drop off (to a board member) is Tonight at 8pm.
